> Scinopsis at the University

November 2018

Last Monday, Dominique Helberg, one of our Senior Medical Writers, gave a talk titled “What Is A Medical Writer and How Do I Become One?” at Brighton University. The talk was directed to students in the Biomedical Science, Ecology and Biological Sciences courses who are currently in the second year and thinking about potential scientific careers. Her talk provided a great opportunity for students to hear about the importance of medical writing and the career prospects it represents for someone pursuing a scientific career. We would like to thank Brighton University for the opportunity to talk about medical writing and our work at Scinopsis and potentially plant the seed for future medical writers!

> TWO good to be true

September 2018

Scinopsis Brighton recently celebrated its 2nd anniversary! The Brighton office is a UK subsidiary of Scinopsis France which has been serving clients internationally since 2006. We opened our doors in the UK to entice the huge number of highly-educated native English speakers to come and work for us. And it worked! In just 2 short years, we have grown from 1 to 8 staff members. Our growing team has experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas and we now serve our clients with even greater expertise and flexibility. To commemorate this milestone, a celebration was in order! And celebrate we did with a lunch out in the sunny lanes of Brighton followed by a decadent pavlova baked (and brought in balanced on a bicycle) by our cake-connoisseur, Sophie. Thank you to all our staff and clients for making it a memorable 2 years!

> Scinopsis (Brighton) moves into bigger, better and brighter offices!

June 2018

Staff health and happiness is a priority, so the new offices are fitted with ergonomic furniture and sit-stand desks to keep our writers comfortable and on their toes. With this move to bigger, better and brighter offices we look forward to meeting the needs of our clients with even greater flexibility and continuing to provide high quality medical writing.
